Today body ache alot... Dun feel like doing workouts


Food Intake:
-Breakfast: 1 small bread
-Lunch: Chicken chop mee with 2 seaweed chicken and 1 fried shirp meat... 2 cups of milk too...
-Dinner: Cha kway tiao...

January 29 2008 Practice of new move 'Cat walk'

Today school was boring... borrowed money to nic0le 50 cents...*remember to take back!!!MANAGED NOT TO DRINK BUBBLE TEA AND EAT MACDONALDS WHEN MY FRIENDS WERE EATING!!!!!!!After school I went with Terrence to the basketball court near my house and I trained PK as the way Shi Fu taught me... Did cat walk and fail on the railing only like 2 sec... That's all I have to say... OH AND YES! GOING WITH SHI FU TO TRAIN AGAIN ON FRIDAY AFTER SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!


Food Intake:
-Breakfast: 1 hotdog bread and ice milo(small cup)...
-Lunch: a bottle of winter melon tea...thats all
-After lunch: 1 and 1/5 carton of milk
-Dinner: A bowl of rice, steam pork, Vegetables, 1 boiled egg...


Practice:
-Cat walk
-Railing balancing
-Jump and balance
-Wall climbings
-Vaults
-Underbars
-Rolls

-To tired after practice to exercise....:(

January 28 2008

Today school was boring... We had a REALYYY boring art lesson at first... Staring at the clock, looking at the time ticks by. Ticking my life away... Dunno why today felt so wierd?!?! English was okay... Help Ling Jin mei to rush her POEM which she forgot to bring or forgot to do(I didn't know...) Literature was horrible:( Recess I went to the fitness corner and did something... I think you all shouldn't have known...*hear no evil... Stayed back after school and decorated the classroom... Than when we left our bags in the classroom and went to the hall and we went back... we saw a girl with two guys in our classroom dunno doing wad... we went in and they came out! I chased her and asked her why she did that and she said ' why cannot see meh?'! Like the whole school is hers want do anything also can... But thats not the only problem, OUR BAGS ARE NOT HERS TOO! Than miss lim asked me to go and find her again but the suspects have escaped...:( Than we we're cutting out alphabets for the class decorations...Treated jenny jie some egg thingys... SHE LOVED IT! eh and than went to eat and this was the happiest moment!!!!!!!!! I SAW SHI FU IN THE FOOD COURT!!!!!!!! than we went the castle and learnt more about PARKOUR!!! eh than we went to the top floor of the Car park and learnt under bar, cat walk, climbing wall techniques, rolling techniques and other stuffs... Than he went to my house to have a drink... I asked him to do some pull-ups but he said he injured his wrist during his workout yesterday in the gym and it was GOOD MORNINGS AGAIN!!! ok than he went back home... Did my homework and some workouts...


Food Intake:
-Morning: 2 hot dog breads with small cup of ice milo...
-Lunch: Fishball mee with 2 seaweed chickens and a packet of egg drop...
-Dinner: Chicken Terriyaki and Cha kway tiao...


Workout done:
-double cruch to limit 22
-push-ups to limit 2X25
-pull-ups 3X4
-squats 2X15

January 27 2008

Celebrated birthday party with my family and uncle and aunt at BLK 139... bought a cake but haven eat it yet... Had a little home training... Had herbal drink from my mum's working shop *soo bitter! I had a little problem with my right eye...:( Than I went home alone as i was not feeling well and chat and played com with my good fren aaron... Than i played audi with my fren and turned off the com quickly when they suddenly came back home... But i was busted and hopefully, they were not angry! Than i was in my room ironing my uniform but only 1 set... So i guess have to continue the rest tomorrow! Than we went to blk 139 to eat at a famous place which we loved it... But it was horrible today... Guess the chef must be in bad mood today and my mum say that not to come again! I was so bored and was playing with the lighter I bought a few hours ago for the candles... Burnt my hand a few times:( Than now i will be waiting for my uncle and dad to finish his news so we can eat the cake we bought!!!(anyway wad will it be inside?wad flavor? hehe)I scalded my hand with the iron and my dad doesn't even give a freaking damn care about me... Instead of CARING, he still goes around telling ppl that im so freaking stupid...HE DOESN'T CARE, HE ONLY KNOW HOW TO CRITICIZE!

-Lunch: Kway Chap with Winter Melon Tea(can)
-Dinner: Mango fish, Hot plate deer meat, Vegetables, Pork meat, and tofus with sugarcane drink...

-Double cruch to limit 20
-Calf rising 3X50

January 26 2008-Happy anniversary!

Today is my mum and dad's anniversary day!!! They said that they will go to Malaysia and overnite... Will not be coming back home... Home alone with my aunt and uncle and my sis... Without them can plae com till SHIOK! But the sad thing is... The never go to Malaysia and went to chinatown... so will come back tonite... still not home yet now... But the good thing is.... I got 2 new Hamsters!!!!!! Now got 3 hamsters!!! they are my mum's birthday present which is tomorrow!!! Good nite!!!

January 26 2008-start of my new Gym training

Today i went to the Gym (Tampines Sports Canter) for training with Shi Fu!!!!!!!!!!Paid for $1.50 as a children fee... too bad for shi fu he 19 years old liao so have to pay $2.50 as ADULT fee!!! Adult liao leh dun plae plae! Trained mostly on upper body cause wanna improve my climbing skills and make it easier for mi! I did train for my thighs, calf, triceps, biceps, shoulder and more other muscles... And to my surprise, He allowed me to join his PK team to train and PK around with them!!!!!SUPER SURPRISED!!!!Still trying to train for more muscles... okay heres my works for today...

Muscles trained:

-Calf
-Biceps

-Shoulder

Food Intake...(not quite good but lucky no junk food):
-Morning: overslept no food eat:(
-Evening: Chicken Rice with Cha Shao and Fan Choy, Cup of sugarcane
-Night: Crispy noodles

Exercise:
-Push-ups to max...
-Double Cruch to max...
-Pull ups-2X5

Thats all!
Maybe tomorrow going to gym with him too or maybe pk training too

January 26 2008-start of my new PK Journal...

My goal is to achieve ideal muscles and outfit with more techniques on parkour... Train for more muscles so that I will feel lighter for my PKs... I also have to control my Food intakes too! That is my 2nd most important goal!

Goals:
-Increase more sets of exercise and resistance each time
-Train more muscles
-No junk foods
-Eat more proteins foods
-Train for more techniques
-Overtake my sister's height!!!
-6 packs by April(2 months)
-Hang out more with Shi Fu for more lessons!!!

Hey...parkour again

In Search or Traceurs!!!!!!!!!! if u have time pls comment to mi on more techniques... I needed alot more practise!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so gym is my favourite place to hang around! go to the condo ( The Tropica) beside Tamasek Polytechnic and come and find mi in the gym on saturday and sundaes!!!! Remember gym!!!!!! and i wish for some metal Dumbbells for my Present!!!! Birthday on 7th July!!!!!!
