January 26 2008-start of my new PK Journal...

My goal is to achieve ideal muscles and outfit with more techniques on parkour... Train for more muscles so that I will feel lighter for my PKs... I also have to control my Food intakes too! That is my 2nd most important goal!

Goals:
-Increase more sets of exercise and resistance each time
-Train more muscles
-No junk foods
-Eat more proteins foods
-Train for more techniques
-Overtake my sister's height!!!
-6 packs by April(2 months)
-Hang out more with Shi Fu for more lessons!!!
