Today i went to the Gym (Tampines Sports Canter) for training with Shi Fu!!!!!!!!!!Paid for $1.50 as a children fee... too bad for shi fu he 19 years old liao so have to pay $2.50 as ADULT fee!!! Adult liao leh dun plae plae! Trained mostly on upper body cause wanna improve my climbing skills and make it easier for mi! I did train for my thighs, calf, triceps, biceps, shoulder and more other muscles... And to my surprise, He allowed me to join his PK team to train and PK around with them!!!!!SUPER SURPRISED!!!!Still trying to train for more muscles... okay heres my works for today...
Muscles trained:
-Thighs
-Calf
-Biceps
-Triceps
-Shoulder
Food Intake...(not quite good but lucky no junk food):
-Morning: overslept no food eat:(
-Evening: Chicken Rice with Cha Shao and Fan Choy, Cup of sugarcane
-Night: Crispy noodles
Exercise:
-Push-ups to max...
-Double Cruch to max...
-Pull ups-2X5
Thats all!
Maybe tomorrow going to gym with him too or maybe pk training too
